Return Policy:

Returns without reason must be made within 30 days of our ship date.

All returns require a return authorization number. Please call for this number before shipping any merchandise back to us. All Returns should be carefully packed and insured and must be freight prepaid. COD returns will not be accepted, and shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise Specified, returned merchandise must be in original, unmodified, saleable condition.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all packages being received. Damaged packages should be refused for delivery so that Profile Mouldings may then make suitable arrangements for their return and replacement.

Limited Warranty:

Profile Mouldings warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. The purchaser and installer must have inspected each and every part prior to installation. Any defects that could have been discovered by appropriate pre-installation inspection are not covered after installation has occurred. This Limited warranty only covers materials that have been handled and installed utilizing recognized standards within the industry as they would apply and including but not limiting any additional instructions contained within this publication. Profile Mouldings maintains the right to first have any parts covered by warranty inspected while determining in it's own discretion whether or not the parts are defective. Profile Mouldings will repair or replace parts determined by them as defective if returned freight prepaid to Profile Mouldings at their manufacturing facility in Surrey British Columbia. Alternative arrangement may be made at the discretion of Profile Mouldings for US customers. Profile Mouldings will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, labor, finishing, parts damaged by freight carriers, freight charges, installation, lost profits, lost sales or the like. It is the purchasers' responsibility to ensure that products conform to local building codes.
